We do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should only use our website and services with guidance from a parent or legal guardian. Do not provide us with any personal details if you are under 18.

If we ever find out that we have collected personal information from someone under 13, we will make all reasonable efforts to remove that data from our systems right away.

At adaptAI, we take the privacy and safety of children very seriously. We aim to create a secure online environment that complies with all regulations around protecting minors.

adaptAI uses industry-standard technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged between adaptAI and other companies to help ensure its security. Our property does not provide any personal information to these third parties. adaptAI may create links to other web sites. adaptAI will make a reasonable effort to link only to sites that meet similar standards for maintaining everyone’s right to privacy. However, many other sites that are not associated or authorized by adaptAI. They may have links leading to our site. adaptAI cannot control these links and adaptAI is not responsible for any content appearing on these sites.

Amendments

adaptAI may amend this policy at any time. If adaptAI is going to use personally identifiable information collected through this site in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, adaptAI will notify users via email and/or by posting a notice on the adaptAI site for thirty (30) days prior to such use.

Successors and Assigns

This Privacy Policy inures to the benefit of successors and assigns of adaptAI.
